At LovelyLuxCo, we want your jewelry to arrive as beautifully and securely as it was crafted. Here’s what you can expect when you place your order:

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you updated every step of the way.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • All domestic orders include tracking and are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the best delivery option for your location.

International Shipping

  • We proudly ship worldwide!

  • Delivery times vary by country, typically between 7–14 business days.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs or import fees.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your jewelry every step of the way.

Returns

Returns & Exchanges

At LovelyLuxCo, we take pride in the quality and care that goes into every item we offer. While we want you to love your purchase, please take a moment to review our return policy below.

Jewelry
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn jewelry items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at customerservice@lovelyluxco.com with your order number and reason for return.

Swimwear
All swimwear sales are final. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any swimwear products.
Please make sure to select the style and size that best suits you before placing your order. To help you find your perfect fit, we strongly encourage you to review our Size Guide before checkout. If you have questions about fit or fabric, we're happy to assist.

Final Sale Items
Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
